As much as I'd love to give this keyboard a high review for it's sound and feel, the problems I've had with this keyboard are unacceptable.

I purchased this keyboard fully assembled. On arrival, the keys sounded great, and the keyboard feels good. After a few weeks of use, some keys stopped inputting correctly. When pressed, they would be delayed or even fail to press at all. This was extremely noticeable in games. When contacted support regarding this issue, they informed me the fix was "Disabling the backlight will help with the latency issue." Considering I was using the keyboard exclusively while plugged in to reduce any potential latency, this is not an acceptable solution. After several more weeks, I started having another issue, where I was regularly getting double key presses while typing. I was able to consistently recreate this issue and it wasn't specific to a singular or a set of keys. When contacting them regarding this issue, they sent 5 spare key switches to fix the issue. Needless to say, this didn't fix the issue, because it wasn't specific to a singular set of keys.

Overall, this product has failed to be what it needed to be: a functioning keyboard.

I've swapped back to my old keyboard, because I'd rather have a keyboard that works 100% of the time, rather than a keyboard that only works 95% of the time. I will not recommend this product or this brand to anybody, and while their support team meant well and responded rather quickly, it was a hassle to have to contact them multiple times within having the keyboard for less than 3 months.

I have been trying to return get my money back on this dumb thing for months. It has lots of pretty flashing lights but doesn’t have the one light you really need…the caps lock light. So, when you are trying to type in a password that has an upper case letter or, worse, a few of them, you don’t know what you are actually typing. When the password you are trying to enter gets rejected you don’t know whether/when you typed an upper or lower case letter. So much for Wirecutter’s testing. I also don’t like this keyboard because the keys feel totally dead. And I really don’t like this manufacturer because they just respond with, “Yup, no caps lock light” and that’s it. I won’t buy anything on Wirecutter’s recommendation again.

Wow I heard good things about this keyboard and I figured for the price it would be alright. I wanted to get into keyboards and this as an intro might make that a short trip! The feel of the keycaps and the red switches are amazing! The keyboard software isn't bad, a little buggy but works. It sounds great but I bit too loud for my taste. I put O rings on the caps and it feels and sounds perfect for me! I my get silent switches and an aluminum or brass board to swap but I couldn't be happier with this keyboard! If you're wanting a mechanical keyboard but don't know where to start, START RIGHT HERE!!!

I received the keyboard from Yorcom, very great packaging from both the sender and Keychron, love all the included tools like the switch/keycap puller, hex key and screwdriver. Works great on my laptop on Bluetooth without any issues, the 2.4ghz dongle connected quite easily as well, pretty much plug and play, and the included USB-C to USB-A was a really nice touch. The build feels sturdy and the sound dampening is pretty good. For this price point... it's more than you'd expect. I went from using a Cooler Master Masterkeys Pro L to this, and the difference is night and day. I won't be buying any name-brand keyboards ever again! The knob has a nice satisfying feel to it and is neatly clicky. The web-based software is amazing and intuitive, with lots of customisation capabilities built into it as well. Will try to use VIA later to see how that works.

Overall, great premium quality keyboard for an appealing price point, would definitely recommend it to anyone who's used to using 100% or needs the full layout.

This is my first "custom" keyboard I have every bought. The only keyboard I have had close to it was one that came with a custom tower to it (so nothing anywhere close to it). When I was thinking about getting a keyboard like this, a buddy recommended this to myself, and it was an amazing recommendation!

The keyboard has that clicky-ness that comes with this keyboard, but is not TOO loud for people in my office to cause a disturbance. The type feels extremely smooth, making everything I type just feel so fluid in my motions. I also really enjoy the Launcher that lets you customize the keyboard, and even test the keyboard to either what you need it for, test to make sure it is working properly, and customize it to your personality. This is also including with how easy it is to swap keys out. The keyboard comes with the necessary tools to swap keys out, as well as some other keys to change some looks of it when you first (small things like the Windows keys, the Escape Key, etc). I bought a couple of keys when I got the keyboard, and was extremely impressed on how quick and effect it was.

I can't speak on behalf on some other keyboards, but I will say I am extremely satisfied with this keyboard, and can not recommend enough for people wanting to get into custom keyboards!
